‘350 Saal Sache Patshah De Naal’ is an album released on the occasion commemorating the 350th birth anniversary of the Tenth Sikh Guru Dhan Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji Maharaj – the Warrior Saint, the Exalted King who established the order of Khalsa in 1669 thus forever wiping out the predominant caste (vernacular) system of society (a social economic stratification of the society prevalent from Aryan times), created a revolution by introducing the concept of gender equality by strengthening and addressing the rights of women, the Khalsa raised individual self esteems deeply seeding the pride in being human first and fighting for the oppressed and the less privileged.

The album was first commissioned as a ‘Single’ to be used as an anthem during various celebrations around the globe & finally concluding at The Takht Sri Patna Sahib, Patna Bihar- the birthplace of Guru Sahab for which the Sikhs worldwide, the Bihar Government and various ministries are working actively and progressively together. Like Daler Mehndi’s earlier iconic anthem of “300 Sal Guru De Naal” released on the occasion of tri-centenary birth anniversary of Khalsa in 1999, where the entire India and people across the globe came together as ONE, people from different cultures, languages, faith. Never before in India has there been a celebration demonstrated in such harmony and unity. Loaded with emotions of joy, tears, pride, enthusiasm across 186 cities of India, wherein over 20 million people of varied faiths partook in ONE WALK singing ONE VERSE threaded together by One VOICE that of Daler Mehndi, this anthem will be resonating the streets of India and countries across the world celebrating the birth anniversary of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji Maharaj.

About the Album
Finally the single took shape of an album with 8 powerful tracks. Six of which are composed and sung by the Indian Pop Icon, Badshah of Bhangra, Daler Mehndi and the remaining two are in the soulful voice of Late Bhai Kishenpal Ji. ‘350 Saal Sache Patshah De Naal’ – a compilation of verses from Sri Guru Granth Sahib and Dasm Granth evokes pride, gratitude and somewhere pushes the listener to proclaim – that this is do- able, I am my Guru’s child so there is a great chance that I carry HIS DNA, I can try to emulate HIS teachings in my conduct such that my Guru may take notice of me. However acknowledging, that this enlightened consciousness is Gur Prasad (a gift by His Grace and Mercy). Deh Shiva authored by Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji is a prayer that substantiates on the art of asking the right kind of wishes and Rajan Ke Raja celebrates the Universal King, The King of Kings – The Almighty, the creator, the benefactor, the sustainer. Here the author Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji brings the seekers focus on the Almighty clarifying that a seeker needs, should and can have a direct communiqué with the Almighty. Waho Waho is an exclamation authored by the most revered spiritual poet and sikh whose writings are declared as the KEY to decipher SRI GURU GRANTH SAHIB. Oh Gur Gobind Hoye Pragteya is a biographic prose poetry rendered in the form of Vaar, authored by the Bhai Gurdas Ji about Sri Guru Gobind Singhj Ji and sung by the revered Late Bhai Kishenpal Ji. Deenan Ki are the prayers written in the poetic style of Swaiyye , the song of gratitude , the song of praises of the Abundant God. Chaupai Sahib is the strongest protection prayer with powers of ridding oneself off both the external and the internal enemies. The last track hails this onerous revolution started by the First Guru, Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji from where this journey, the way, the simplest foundation to a mortal’s spiritual ascension was laid. The last track comes a full circle and features Daler Mehndi’s twelve month old daughter Rabaab Kaur Mehndi whose heart touching chant of Dhan Guru Nanak brings all commotion to a serene, blissful poise – highlighting the innocence and purity one needs to become a recipient of innumerable spiritual magical treasures.

350 Saal Sachae Patshah De Naal celebrates the revolution started by Sri Guru Nanak Devb Ji in 146, one that shaped over 239 year under the guidance of 10 exalted souls inseparable from the transcendent Almighty, finally concluding as an Eternal Living Guru in the form of Sri Guru Granth Sahib ji (which also enshrines the guidances of 15 Bhagats of different faiths and and 11 Bhatts)

The album was ceremoniously released on 13th October 2016, amidst great fanfare and enthusiasm by the Honorable Chief Minister of Bihar, Mr. Nitish Kumar at the birthplace of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji Maharaj at Takht Sri Patna Sahib, Patna Bihar.
