HE explains that living consciously as enlightened beings as we were meant to live is only possible if one lives constantly in appreciation of all that one has, all that one sees… of all that is.

According to the Shabad Guru, this sweet constant remembrance of gratitude of appreciation, of Wah is Amrit.

No worries, no troubles touches the one who is in Oneness. 

The world, situations, pain, death, happiness all serve that Being for his or her highest good and that being can experience his/ her own greatness (that each one of us are all born to experience, cherish and truly meant to be) by befriending (being beli of) the ONE FORCE, the DIVINE, the POWER.
